1.1. This Site has been built for its intended use. Only our client’s customers can purchase and redeem and enter into a legally binding agreement under English law.
1.2. When you access the Site and make transactions through the Site, you expressly indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of the Rules Applicable to the Site.
1.3. Products may consist of any product or service purchased by you, with a payment from One Luggage Limited, who make available such Products directly to you via the Site. In taking advantage of this service you will be entering into a legal relationship with One Luggage Limited. To the extent permitted by law, One Luggage Limited is excluded from all liability to you or other person of whatsoever nature in respect of any negligence, wilful misconduct, poor service or other breach of obligation arising out of the provision or failure to provide the service.
2. Product purchase
2.1 Products may be purchased by using a combination of giftcards (where applicable) and Currency (Credit or Debit Card) to purchase Products.
2.2. Relationship between You and One Luggage Limited
Every time you purchase a Product via this Site, you directly enter into an agreement with One Luggage Limited. The relationship between you and One Luggage Limited is exclusively governed by these specific terms and conditions. We strongly recommend that you check these terms and conditions prior to purchasing.

2.3. Product Payment
When purchasing Products via the Site, you can pay for such Products either with a combination of giftcards (where applicable), Debit Card or Credit Card.

2.4. Cash Payment by Debit Card or Credit Card
For cash payments by Debit or Credit card, the Site uses a secure Internet Gateway Service. When you go to make a payment, you may be transferred to their site. The cash amount indicated in the Site for the respective Product will be collected by One Luggage Limited.
2.5. The cost of the product to be purchase is determined by One Luggage Limited and One Luggage Limited has the right, at any time, to change the amounts necessary to purchase a Product in the Site from time to time.

3. Terms of product purchase
3.1. You must agree and acknowledge that separate terms and conditions dictated by One Luggage Limited may apply to any Product purchased on the Site. You must agree to abide to such applicable terms and conditions, including but not limited to, rules and restrictions on availability, shipment and delivery terms, notification of defects, return and refund policies, money back guarantees and claim for damages.

3.2. When purchasing a Product, the cost of delivery will be indicated. Nevertheless, for some Products, you may be charged and may bear in addition local duties and taxes as One Luggage is deemed by law to collect such as for example VAT. Please check with your local authorities prior to ordering a Product.

4. Returned, delayed or defective products
4.1. In the event of purchasing Products in the Site, you expressly agree and accept that any claim, compensation or damage for wrong or delayed handling and for returned, defective or faulty Products can only and exclusively be made against One Luggage Limited, in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any complaints for delayed deliveries or returned, defective or faulty Products shall be addressed directly and exclusively to One Luggage Limited. Returns must be made immediately, in the same condition in which you received the products and at your own cost and risk. Any refunds will be in the exact form of currency of the original method of payment. If a Product is damaged in transit then you should not accept such package and have the product returned to One Luggage Limited.

4.2. In case of (i) returns in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of One Luggage Limited, or (ii) unsuccessful delivery due to your actual fault (e.g., insufficient or incorrect delivery address or no physical acceptance of Product at delivery address) you may be charged with incurred credit card fees, additional shipping and handling fees, and any other taxes and expenses in connection therewith.

4.3. The delivery times indicated on the Site are non binding estimates only. Delays can and do happen for various reasons. You cannot withdraw from a Product purchase or get compensation due to delivery times exceeding the estimated delivery time indicate on the Shop.

5. Personal Information

You must agree that by providing such information you consent to One Luggage sharing certain of that information with third party providers solely as necessary to process and complete the required transaction. One Luggage will maintain the confidentiality of all your communications that contain personal information and are transmitted directly to One Luggage. One Luggage shall not be liable for any wrong personal information received or obtained from you.

By accessing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that by providing the information, the use of the information by a person (even if such person is using such information without your authorisation, due to theft, mistake or otherwise), will be your liability and any resulting transactions, obligations or liabilities shall be attributed to you.

Of course, if you’ve told us you don’t want to receive mailings from One Luggage Limited, we will only send you items that you have specifically applied for or requested. 6. No Warranties
6.1. Delivery

Timings
Smaller items are usually delivered within 3 working days, Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 6.30pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, Evri, DHL and DPD.
If you live in a highland, island or rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 7 working days. We won’t offer you a delivery slot during checkout, but our carrier will contact you after you place your order to arrange delivery.  We always aim to deliver your order within 7 working days, but it’s subject to postcode and carrier availability.

Track an Order
Once your order has been placed and processed, you may receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your delivery in real-time. If you have any questions or issues regarding the tracking of your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Standard Delivery
We offer standard delivery for all orders within 3 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 2 days to arrive after the order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product availability and your location. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched for delivery.

Delivery by Our Approved Suppliers
In some cases, certain products may be fulfilled and delivered directly by our approved suppliers. The delivery process may differ from our standard delivery procedures. If your order includes items delivered by our approved suppliers, you will be notified of any variation.

What to expect on delivery day
All items will require a signature. We’ll send you an email explaining how to track your item and letting you know when it will be delivered.
If no-one is available, the courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they're unable to complete delivery or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.
The courier will attempt to make delivery twice before the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
You will need to prove that you're 18 or over upon delivery if you have an age-restricted item, such as alcohol, in your order. This is in accordance with the Challenge 25 policy

Help with my delivery
If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days,  we'll contact you to cancel your order and refund you.
If your order is being delivered by one of our approved suppliers and it’s overdue, please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to contact the supplier on your behalf. Please note though, that the opening hours of our contact centre may be different to those of the supplier so we may not be able to give you an immediate response.

Deliveries of multiple items
Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries. If you order items with both 5 and 7-day despatch times, we'll deliver them separately. Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands*, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man?
Yes, however geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to the Channel Islands*, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
Goods delivered to the Channel Islands* may be liable for Customs duties in accordance with the Channel Islands import rules. The recipient of the goods, who may not be the person who has ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
We’re sorry that we can’t deduct VAT when charging for goods. If you’re a resident in the Channel Islands* and qualify for a VAT refund, please contact Customer Services after your goods have been delivered. We’ll then credit the amount of VAT charged.
